As a school librarian, my purpose is guiding young readers to books that speak to their souls. But with so many options, finding the perfect match can feel like searching for buried treasure.
That inspired me to create Book Buddy – an AI-powered quiz that eliminates the guesswork and uncovers personalized book recommendations for each child.
How Book Buddy’s Custom Quiz Works
Book Buddy makes finding books fun through an interactive quiz powered by advanced algorithms. Kids answer questions about the stories, topics, and features they love.
Based on their responses, Book Buddy generates a tailored reading roadmap and list of suggested books perfectly matched to your child’s reading personality and preferences.
The goal is to eliminate the overwhelm of browsing to reveal the most exciting, compatible reads for each young reader. Think of Book Buddy as their personal treasure map, leading them to reading gold. Kids can retake the quiz anytime as their interests evolve.
Spreading Literacy By Getting Books to Kids in Need
As an educator, I’ve seen how many families struggle to build home libraries due to tight budgets. This lack of books hinders consistent literacy development.
My mission with Book Buddy is spreading the joy of reading to ALL communities. When you purchase the recommended titles for your own young reader or classroom, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to provide books to underserved youth in our community. I love personally delivering these books to help nurture a passion for reading in children who need it most.
